Fall is now in full effect and the best accesory to any outfit is a nice pair of boots!.. but what is even better is being able to change the look of any boots in an instant !...I am completely enamored with these handmade bootskirts, they paired perfectly with this colorful mini dress and only minimal accosories were required to make this outfit a showstopper.
